We only accept the returns and refunds for new purchases. Please keep the product in its original packaging and tags. You can return the product within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility Criteria

Do not use the product if you want to return it. Please keep the bag in its original condition.

Please do not damage the product. Otherwise, You will not be eligible for the return.

We also accept returns and refunds outside the USA. If you receive any bag in damaged form, immediately fill out the Contact Form or reach us at sales@trendxparc.com.

• First of all, You will need order details and reason for returning your product.
• Second, You will reach out to our team via phone or email.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return. If you receive the bag in damaged form or you receive the wrong bag, We will cover the costs for you.

Our team will guide you through the process and satisfy you with our customer service.

You can exchange any bag through our return portal. You will have to pay a minimal cost of $1 - $2 in terms of exchanging service.

Please exchange your product within 14 days of purchase.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund.

• Food, flowers, plants
• Customized bag orders
• Makeup products

If We receive any non-applicable return, We may donate it to a local charity or dispose of it.

We issue refunds using the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is not available, refunds will be processed via store credit or an alternative method.
